Little Oak
This is just a simple little house. One bedroom, one bathroom. Nice and simple. A good starter. Didn't take long to make. Okay. You can look at the house now.

The King Parrot
Hello all!
You know, I really think they should bring inns like this back. A nice place to gather and get drunk, and if you get a little too drunk, there's a place to sleep upstairs. Seems like it would make things a lot safer...
Anyway, for your medieval (or modern!) hoods, this here's a nice little pub/inn. It's got a bar down below and two rooms to let up top. A nice lil place, really.

Subete no Kozan
A little restaraunt type thing. I'll actually be using this in my game as sort of a cosplay café, if that's what you're into. Or it can just be a regular café. Your choice.

Benefit Lane- #4
This one actually has two floors! Woah!
Haha, anyway, the fourth in my Benefit Lane series. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps five, and costs under $14,000. Also there are two floors.

Benefit Lane- #2
The second in my Benefit Lane series. This one is a 1X1 lot with two bedrooms, sleeps three. I think this is the fastest I've ever built a house--it took less than ten minutes. Also, it's under $9,000.

Teeny Mansion!
When most people think "mansion", they think "big". Nope! This is a teeny little mansion on a 2X2 lot that will squish into the normalest of neighborhoods. It is designed to be a corner house but could really go anywhere. Includes living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, nursery, master bedroom, and attic space.

MaryLou's tiny lots as....community lots!
I'm glad that someone made these teeny little lots available for people who didn't want to go through the bother of LotAdjuster. But then I thought, what if there are people who don't know how to convert lots from residential to community, or are just too lazy to do it? Well then, I bring you these teeny little lots as community lots!
They're outfitted for community use and ready to go, so have at it!
