Benefit Lane- #1

I've noticed lately that in my game there is a serious lack of houses that can be bought with a 20K handout, as most of them are already occupied at this point. And even if they are affordable, they're too small to start a family or even sleep more than one person! So, I decided to make a set of houses down a street called Benefit Lane: large, inexpensive houses for big (or soon-to-be-big) families. This first one actually turned out a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Well, here you are. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps six. Costs under $17,000.
