Each apartment comes with a living room/kitchenette, one bathroom, and two bedrooms, made to sleep three, though that could be easily remedied. It's over 85,000 simoleons, but divide that by four and it's actually pretty reasonably priced. All the apartments are identical, save for the color of the outer walls, and it's solar powered as well!
