Double-striped Filigree

So I was decorating a house when I ran into this little connundrum:

Yeah. While the border around the whole room looks cute, this cutoff here looks kind of silly. And the hall is too narrow to border it properly. So, I decided to make this little double-border thingie for people who want to border the tiny halls. Or people who just want a creative double-border look.

Fixed!

Carpet's Run Staircase

I've always thought that the stairs in Sims looked a little hard. As a kid I used to slide down the stairs of my house on my butt, and I think if any kids tried in on these, they'd get splinters in the worst possible place for them. So I carpeted them. And then I went a little overboard and carpeted the railings, but I had so much carpet and glue left and have you ever gotten a splinter from a stair railing? You're sliding your hand as you go so it digs that much deeper into your finger. And now I'm rambling, so I'm just going to show you the stairs now.
