This is a lovely beach house made for a rich family. It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a lovely patio and pool in the backyard. Also a garage. Yay!

Shining Stones
This is another double-house. On the left you have a small red modern-style house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a nice garage. On the right is a slightly larger 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom with a patio and a pool. It seems a bit odd, but it's nice. Enjoy.

Bubble and Pop Day Spa
Welcome to the Bubble and Pop Day Spa, where relaxation is our number one priority. Enjoy our relaxing jacuzzis, saunas, and pool and feel the stress melt away.
(The place also features a bandatron if you want to run it as a business yourself. Sauna is nonfunctioning, but within the building specs for a functioning one.)

Fruitful Bounty (request)
Requested by EnvyShay, this house is intended for her thousand-baby challenge, but it could be used as an orphanage or daycare. Either way, it looks nice, and I just adore the way the dining room and the carpet design in the living room turned out.
