The King Parrot

Hello all!
You know, I really think they should bring inns like this back. A nice place to gather and get drunk, and if you get a little too drunk, there's a place to sleep upstairs. Seems like it would make things a lot safer...
Anyway, for your medieval (or modern!) hoods, this here's a nice little pub/inn. It's got a bar down below and two rooms to let up top. A nice lil place, really.

Rugiai-Zyto

Cookie for anyone who knows what that name means. This is a.spacious yet small little house cottage thing. It's got six bedrooms (big family!) and two bathrooms. I've always wanted to make something this cute~ But seriously you'll win something if you can tell me what the name means and in what language.

Mama's Away

This is a house from a story I've written, actually. It's another house that's meant to be centuries old but modernized as time went by. It's a cozy little thing with three bedrooms and a big yard. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Thatplace

Littleplace, Smallplace, Thisplace, Thatplace. It's beginning to sound like a nursery rhyme.
Anyway, this is Thatplace. (Am I making sense yet?) It's got two bedrooms but will easily sleep three. And yes, I know the living room has a closet.
This one was kind of meant to be an older cottage--several centuries old actually--but it's been updated and modernized over time. So yeah. Pictures!

Hand-Me-Down Dress

This little dress has been patched, let out, spilled on, taken in, and handed down to the next little sister one too many times. But hey, it's better than buying expensive new dresses, right?

An Older Grandfather Clock

(Whoo! Four uploads in a day! I am on a roll!)

Chances are, your sims live in a modern world. Cell phones, mobile gaming devices, interwebs. They even have sims of their own now. There's no way that they're going to just stumble upon a brand new grandfather clock in perfect condition. So I bring you a recolor that's slightly darker, slightly scratched, and has some nice smudges to boast. This is more like what one would find now.
