It costs just over 55,000 simoleons (which is a good deal considering the sports car that comes with it), and is on a 4 x 3 lot.

This house kinda looks like it was thrown together bit by bit. Then again, it was. It was thrown together by combining one of each type of dormer. An interesting style for your poorer sims. It's under $10,000 and has two bedrooms.

When most people think "mansion", they think "big". Nope! This is a teeny little mansion on a 2X2 lot that will squish into the normalest of neighborhoods.
