After Apartments

This is another one of those lots with multiple purposes. It could be apartments. Or dorms. Or faux apartments. Or a big family home. Or WHATEVER! YAY!
Each apartment comes with a living room/kitchenette, one bathroom, and two bedrooms, made to sleep three, though that could be easily remedied. It's over 85,000 simoleons, but divide that by four and it's actually pretty reasonably priced. All the apartments are identical, save for the color of the outer walls, and it's solar powered as well!

Dream Apartments

After a long absence, I am back!
Sorry for all these absences. It's getting harder and harder to get time to make these. But I will prevail!
Anyway, this is a building, like many, that came to me in a dream. It's a set of four apartments that are each three stories high. Almost like row houses, but also not. More for low-income families. Each has a kitchen and garage on the first floor, living room, two small bedrooms, and bathroom on the second floor, and larger bedroom on the third floor. So yeah. They turned out pretty nice.

The Casa de la Torre

No idea where that name came from.
Anyway, this is kind of a second apartment building. It's got three two-bedroom apartments, three three-bedrooms, and a four-bedroom, plus a garage, pool, and a little cafe on the side. You can convert it to actual apartments or use it as is as fake apartments or even a big family house or communal home or...or...whatever! It's flexible like that! YAY!
So yeah.

Requirements: Nightlife and Celebration Stuff!

An old man. A party animal. An adventurer. A gymnast. And two newlywed couples, one with a set of twins on the way. Not the people you'd expect to have any sort of connection with each other. Yet here they reside, in a building lovingly nicknamed "Apartments"-- not "the Apartments", just "Apartments". And each has a secret.
