Springvale- A new 'hood for your desire!
To be perfectly honest, I'm not a hundred percent sure this will work. PLEASE tell me if anything is wrong with the neighborhood and I will go in and fix it!
Anyway, this is Springvale. It's a little neighborhood that I created and pre-loaded with lots. It actually looks pretty nice, if I do say so myself. There are no sims (as I have heard tell from just about everyone that this is dangerous to upload) so you'll have to create your own little stories. Well, here you go.

Thanks to everyone who made the houses, I'm not hunting you all down but thanks!
(Note- The 'hood will NOT be snowy unless you download this)
(Um....anyone know where that's from?)
