Benefit Lane- #6

What is probably the largest and most expensive of the Benefit Lane series, this little house features six bedrooms, two floors, and probably the weirdest house shape ever. It sleeps eleven and costs $19,990! Due to the constraints of the set I couldn't even finish furnishing it properly, but there's plenty of room for extra beds and living items, and it does include the smoke alarm, burglar alarm, and phone like all the others.

Benefit Lane- #5

What? A Benefit Lane house that isn't a box? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?!?
Haha, okay, 'nougha that. Anyway, I know this really is the first one that isn't a box, but to be fair, there aren't many options on lots so small other than "box". This one has three bedrooms, sleeps five, and costs under $15,000, as it's a 2X1 lot again.

This one actually has two floors! Woah!
Haha, anyway, the fourth in my Benefit Lane series. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps five, and costs under $14,000. Also there are two floors.

Another quickie. Aren't these things so cute? This one has two bedrooms, sleeps three, and costs under $9,000.

Benefit Lane- #2

The second in my Benefit Lane series. This one is a 1X1 lot with two bedrooms, sleeps three. I think this is the fastest I've ever built a house--it took less than ten minutes. Also, it's under $9,000.

Benefit Lane- #1

I've noticed lately that in my game there is a serious lack of houses that can be bought with a 20K handout, as most of them are already occupied at this point. And even if they are affordable, they're too small to start a family or even sleep more than one person! So, I decided to make a set of houses down a street called Benefit Lane: large, inexpensive houses for big (or soon-to-be-big) families. This first one actually turned out a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Well, here you are. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps six. Costs under $17,000.
