Springvale- A new 'hood for your desire!

To be perfectly honest, I'm not a hundred percent sure this will work. PLEASE tell me if anything is wrong with the neighborhood and I will go in and fix it!

Anyway, this is Springvale. It's a little neighborhood that I created and pre-loaded with lots. It actually looks pretty nice, if I do say so myself. There are no sims (as I have heard tell from just about everyone that this is dangerous to upload) so you'll have to create your own little stories. Well, here you go.
